OIL & GAS PRESSURE PIPING SYSTEMS DIVISION

Our fabrication facilities are certified to and operate under Alberta Boilers Safety Association in accordance with ASME B31.1, B31.3 Safety Codes Act. We fabricate pressure vessels, pipe spools, oil and gas modules and piping systems for most major oil and gas facilities in Western Canada. Our certified welding procedures encompass carbon steel, stainless and many exotic materials used in the fabrication of pressure piping systems.

MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEMS DIVISION

We specialize in screw, belt and chain conveyers, providing design, fabrication and installation services to
food processors, packaging lines, agricultural producers, cement plants, postal services and other industrial consumers.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE DIVISION

Westways Group has been involved in the supply of manpower and equipment for the industrial sector, including regular maintenance as well as shut downs. We supply quality tradesmen for both commercial
and industrial worksites. Due to the number of years we have been in the business, we have built up a large database of tradesmen in the following areas: welders, pipefitters, millwrights, insulators, ironworkers, operators, labourers and general foremen. We have maintenance clients throughout Western Canada, including some of the largest and most safety-conscious plant sites in those areas.

STRUCTURAL AND MISCELLANEOUS STEEL DIVISION

We are Canadian Welding Bureau certified, division 2. We can custom fabricate most miscellaneous,
light structural and modular steel components. We have the equipment and expertise to handle aluminum
and stainless products as well.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

The Company has been engaged in all aspects of general contracting including civil, mechanical, electrical, structural steel and pressure piping. We have been involved in pipelines, pumping stations, tank farm tie-ins, power generation installations, erection and installation of towers, process equipment, chutes, bins and hoppers. We have successfully completed the construction of numerous grass roots plants and industrial installations and modifications in various North American locations.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

We have professional engineering capability and experience in all facets of material handling and conveyors, pressure piping, pilot plants, de-bottlenecking, plant layout and related areas.
