At Westways Group our commitment to safety begins with Behaviour Based Safety ("BBS") programs which are designed to make our safety a way of thinking and an unconscious choice.

BBS deals with the attitude employees have towards safety and includes Near Miss Reporting, Prejob Hazard Assessment and Behaviour Observation Audits.

Westway's operates within the ISN network and company credentials are updated daily. Industrial safety news items and policy changes are monitored on a daily basis as well.w

Quality Assurance

The Westways Group maintains a Quality Assurance Program for the construction of pressure piping in accordance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, Safety Codes Act at their Edmonton fabrication facilities.

The Westways Group operate under the Certificate of Authorization, Quality Control Program, Alberta Boilers Safety Association, compliant with ISO--9002. Reg. No. AQP-2093

Structural steel fabrication is quality assured and registered to Canadian Welding Bureau # WECON1.
